How It Works

Step 1:
Schedule a consulting call to discuss your project overview and needs.

Step 2:
During the consulting call, we will discuss your project in fine detail and provide an overall idea for your space.

Step 3:
We design the system and present the scope of work and bill of materials for your approval.

Step 4:
Once the project is awarded to AV Now Pro, products are ordered and warehoused until the project start dates.

Step 5:
Your project's components are built in-house, programmed, and tested for full functionality before we ship the products to the job site.

Step 6:
We coordinate the logistics of shipping the fully functional system to the job site.

Step 7:
We schedule the installation and arrive onsite to install your fully functional audiovisual system.

Step 8:
We commission the systems, provide end-user training, and start our optional managed services contact.
